FAQs

Can you accommodate children with special needs or specific learning requirements?

We strive to be as inclusive as possible and welcome children with diverse learning needs. Because every child is completely unique, we assess accommodations on a case-by-case basis. We ask parents to discuss specific requirements with the local centre manager before enrolling to ensure we have the right resources and staff in place to fully support your child.

How do I pay for my membership? Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Membership payments are typically set up via a secure, automated payment method for your convenience. We do support various government-funded childcare schemes and vouchers, but acceptance can vary based on local authority guidelines. Please contact your local centre directly to verify which specific voucher schemes are currently eligible.

What’s the process for arranging and using the "drop-in" childcare service?

To ensure we always maintain safe, Ofsted-compliant staff-to-child ratios, all "drop-in" sessions must be arranged in advance. Once you are fully registered with us, you can request ad-hoc sessions by contacting your centre manager, and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to daily capacity.

Can I pause my membership if I’m on holiday or have school holiday arrangements?

We understand that family schedules change during the holidays! We do have policies in place to help families manage breaks. Please speak with your local centre manager regarding the required notice period for pausing an account so we can adjust your billing and hold your child’s place while you are away.

Is there a minimum commitment period for the membership, or can I pause/cancel as needed?

We aim to keep our memberships as flexible and family-friendly as possible. While we do require a standard administrative notice period for cancellations or pauses to help us manage staffing rotas, your local centre will provide you with the exact, clear terms of your agreement during the onboarding process.

Are there any additional costs associated with the childcare services, apart from the membership fee?

Your standard membership fee covers the core daytime childcare and regular centre activities. Occasionally, there may be small, optional charges for specific off-site trips, special holiday club events, or premium physical resources, but parents are always notified of these well in advance.

Can you accommodate children with specific dietary or medical requirements?

The health and safety of our Cubs is our absolute priority. We can accommodate most standard dietary restrictions and medical needs. We require all parents to thoroughly detail these requirements on our medical forms during registration so our team can review them and ensure we can safely support your child.

How flexible is the scheduling for childcare sessions?

We offer a variety of scheduling options designed to support the busy lives of working parents. While we try to be as flexible as possible with session swaps or extended hours, all changes are strictly subject to centre capacity and safe staffing ratios on that given day.

What types of activities can my child get involved in?

Our centres provide a carefully balanced mix of academic support and engaging play. Depending on the day, activities range from structured homework help and interactive digital learning to creative arts, board games, and character-building exercises designed to make learning genuinely fun.
